Getting there

Ready to plan?

Vadderik is located at Veemarkt 5, 2800 Mechelen, right on the square.

  • Indigo Parking Veemarkt is right on the square. A few more central options within a few minutes’ walk:

    • Parking Grote Markt

    • Parking Kathedraal

    • Parking Hoogstraat

    • Q-Park Lamot

    Digital signage around the city center will point you to whichever parking has free spaces.

  • Mechelen has good train connections.

    • Mechelen: the main station, about a 10-minute walk from the venue.

    • Mechelen-Nekkerspoel: About 8 minutes walk.

    Both stations have frequent connections to Brussels, Antwerp, and more cities.

  • Several bike stands right on the Veemarkt, just outside the door.

Capacity

Vadderik hosts anywhere from an 8-person meeting to a 100-person company celebration. Book one space or the whole house.

*Every booking comes with its own Vadderik Manager. Think of them as your host for the day.

They open up and close down, welcome you and your guests, make sure the building and facilities work the way they should, and are your one point of contact if anything comes up.

The
Vadderik Manager

Planning an event is a job on top of your job. The Vadderik Manager takes the logistics off your plate; all you have to do is show up. How much they take off your hands is up to you.

You show up, and we handle the rest.

  • Opens and closes the venue, welcomes your group, keeps the building and facilities running, and is your one point of contact if anything comes up.

  • Actively runs the day alongside you: greeting arrivals, coordinating catering and timing, sorting tech and AV, keeping things on schedule.

  • Vadderik plans and runs the event with you: pulling the program together, bringing in the right partners, coordinating the whole thing from start to finish.
